MATCHMAKING ADDENDUM

To Client Services Agreement

 

This Matchmaking Addendum (“Addendum”) forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, the Client Services Agreement (“Agreement”)

 between The Social Card (“Company,” “we,” “us”)

and the client (“Client,” “you”).

 

This Addendum applies only to Clients who elect to participate in matchmaking or introduction-based services.

 

By purchasing a matchmaking package, Client agrees to the following terms:

 

1. Scope of Matchmaking Services

The Social Card provides curated introductions based on information voluntarily provided by the Client. Matchmaking services may include profile review, consultation, and introductions to potential matches.

 

The Social Card does not guarantee:

  • A specific number of matches

  • Compatibility, chemistry, attraction, or relationship outcomes

  • Continued communication or engagement from any introduced party

 

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Client acknowledges that matchmaking is inherently subjective. The Social Card makes no representations or warranties regarding the success, quality, or outcome of any introduction.

 

All decisions regarding communication, meetings, and relationships remain solely the responsibility of the Client.

 

3. Third-Party & Off-Platform Interactions

Introductions may involve third parties not controlled by The Social Card.

Once an introduction is made:

  • All interactions occur outside The Social Card’s control

  • The Social Card is not responsible for conduct, communications, actions, or omissions of any third party

  • Any meetings or interactions occur at Client’s own discretion and risk

 

4. Client Responsibility and Safety

Client is solely responsible for exercising reasonable judgment, discretion, and personal safety when interacting with any match.

 

Unless explicitly stated in writing, The Social Card does not conduct background checks or verify identity beyond information voluntarily provided.

 

5. Discretion and Confidentiality

The Social Card operates as a discreet, selective service. Client agrees not to disclose identities, personal information, or private details of other clients or matches.

 

6. Termination or Pause of Services

The Social Card reserves the right to pause or terminate matchmaking services at its discretion if:

  • Client violates terms

  • Safety or ethical concerns arise

  • Continued matchmaking is no longer appropriate

 

Unused services may be forfeited in accordance with the Refund Policy.

 

7. Fees and Refunds

Matchmaking fees are non-refundable once services commence or introductions are made, as outlined in the Refund Policy.

 

8. Governing Law

This Addendum shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws specified in the Client Services Agreement (United States).

 

Acceptance

Client acknowledges and agrees to this Matchmaking Addendum by electronic acceptance at checkout or by written signature.
