Coaching Services
Refund eligibility, if any, is specified at the time of purchase.
Matchmaking Services
Due to the personalized and discretionary nature of matchmaking:
Fees are non-refundable once services begin or introductions are made
Digital Products
All digital materials are non-refundable.
Chargebacks
We ask that clients contact The Social Card directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks that are submitted in violation of agreed terms may result in suspension of services and, where appropriate, further billing resolution.
